Family Holiday Photo Shoots

I am sure that the holidays were a busy time for us all.....shopping, parties, cleaning, visiting, traveling...etc.


For me it was even more hectic so....new job....3 weeks of training in Chicago.....thanksgiving...Christmas...new year's....30th birthday parties all over Florida....Whew....Now I am back and can continue with my passion and love for photography and capturing incredible moments. Hooray!!! Just finished reviewing and editing 279 pictures for The McGriff's. They are all so photogenic that editing only took 2 hours. Horray! I just finished editing the amazing pictures for the McGriff family photo-shoot. The experience was so much fun as it hard not to fall in love with Landri's red Christmas tutu.
Danielle, did an outstanding job coordinating the entire family with lively yet casual Christmas attire.

The Gleichowski's Family Photo Shoot

Today I had the opportunity to shoot a beautiful family at the University Gardens on UF's campus. The Gleichowski family wanted some new, lively and "lifestyle" pictures for their Christmas cards and to update their family photo over their mantel.

The girls, Brooke and Carsyn remind me so much of my childhood. They're both little gymnasts and have more energy than life.....they were walking on the edges of all the trails like it was their balance beam.

Thanks Ryan for putting up with an hour and a half of, "smile", Hey Carysn...look here", Hey Brooke, stop making fishy faces, hey 1...1....1.....2....2.. :) Rose thanks for inspiring the photo shoot with those great props and Christmas balls :)

Maternity Photo Shoot 2010

The circle of life is truly an amazing gift. As my photography portfolio begins to take shape, my great friend Danielle allowed me to capture her and her belly at 7 months and Danielle can't hardly wait to finally meet her. Enjoy!

PK Yonge Cheerleaders

For the past 2 years I have coached the PK Yonge Basketball Cheerleaders. Partly because George (my husband) coaches there and partly because I love cheerleading. The cheerleaders wanted to have their photos taken and hadn't had the opportunity in the past 2 years....this opened up the opportunity. How much fun it was to shoot such beautiful and talented girls. Many of them have made the Facebook profile picture from one of the images I took. Cheers!

Pumpkin Patch 2010

In Gainesville, FL we have this great pumpkin patch at Trinity United Methodist Church. Kids love to walk around, play in the bounce house and best of all pick out their very own pumpkin. Here are some pictures that I took of my friends kids at the patch. Enjoy!
